RGM-84 Harpoon
History
The RGM-84 Harpoon was originally developed from 1965 onwards to use against surfaced submarines. The first Harpoon was delivered in 1977 and fitted on many USN and NATO warships as their main anti-ship weapon. The weapon can be air launched (AGM-84) or launched from submarines (UGM-84)
