Manufacturing Facilities

Maccallan ARO and ADS

The Maccallan Advanced-Remote-Operation system allows construction or agricultural units to be controlled from another driver's cab, or from a driver on the ground equipped with a controller. This option is only available on a selected lineup of models, but can be added to any model during building, though at a significantly higher cost.

The Advanced-Diagnostics-System uses sensors located throughout the entire machine and compiles the data in a central computer box located under the drivers seat. From there, the data is transmitted to the Maccallan Operations Centre in Ballyveagh, where the data can be stored as well as analysed in real time by technicians. The ADS and Operations Centre allow for real-time monitoring and allow for a company to interface with Maccallan directly on issues or problems that need to be fixed.

Maccallan Polar

Maccallan Polar is one of the foremost producers of polar heavy equipment, taking its standard agricultural and construction models and heavily retrofitting them for extreme weather operation. Maccallan Polar equipment is used by many countries operating at either pole. Its foremost user is the United Antarctic Programme, including most of its member states.

All Maccallan Polar units are equipped with ARO and ADS.
