LeTourneau Equipment is a heavy machinery and equipment manufacturer in Marshall, Texas. The company was founded by Bernard LeTourneau in 1933 and is considerd worldwide as the greatest manufacturer of earthmoving and material handing equipment.

LeTourneau equipment has seen use on many prominent projects in North America and even around the world. In WWII, LeTourneau provided the Allies with 70% of it's earthmoving equipment.

In the early 1950s, the United States contracted LeTourneau to build a series of off-road over-land trains to be used in the extreme northern climes of the Canadian outback. After several designs, their most successful model, the Antarctic Overland Train was subsequently bought for use by the Salidan, Dentonite, and US Antarctic Programmes.
