155mm NG^2 United Defense
History
The United Defense NG2 gun was a proposed gun mounting in the late 1990's. No definite proposals for it's use are known, but the gun ran some adverts in Proceedings.
The gun was supposed to deliver the firepower of a 155mm gun, allow for a family of advanced munitions, use advanced propulsion while using proven munitions handling techniques and having a low development cost.
Part description
Included in the part are a right side, top view and front view of the gun mounting. The sideview has the belowdeck components drawn in.
