Zephyr. This is my first submission to Shipbucket, and as a freshman in high school, I have not had much experience with ship design. However, I am willing to learn and hope to contribute.[ img ]

You need to make it in shipbucket scale. If not, this will be moved into the non-SB section. Also, there are a lot of double pixels. Here on this site, that is a big no-no. The scale bar should be over the ship, and you need to put a credit line in the top right corner.

Hi,

a very nice first entry!

You might want to use one of the shipbucket templates, which can be found in the wiki:

A nice first effort, and a big pleasure to see a civilian ship.
Ship's placement on the template seems to be too high in my eye, but that may be a misjudgement on my part.
Ship itself, is nice, but the shading is a bit excessive.
Design wise it seems that the two funnels take a lot of space, which doesn't leave room for engineering space, in particular when considering the space needed for money making, i.e holds for cargo and space for passengers.
The ship itself looks small, about 90 m, which seems wrong somehow by having two big funnels.
Speaking of the funnels, I like the design and colouring.
Now it seems that the deck heights vary between decks, most noticeably the bridge deck and the one below it as opposed to the one below. It should be noted that all need to be between 13 to 16 pixels high.
Portholes for such a small vessel will benefit from the use of the new 3X3 pixels portholes now in use.

Better, but still the excessive shading remains, the difference in deck heights is still there.
Needs some more work, but hard work brings the best results (that means don't get discouraged by critique)
