This class of destroyer is just based on the platform of large anti-submarine frigate Project 1155.1(Udaloy-II class destroyer), just for export. But why I don't publish it in Never Built Design? Because I added some personal design, like 3K95 "Kinzhal"(SA-N-9) short-range surface-to-air missile system, UKSK uniserval VLS for "Kaliber-NK"(SS-N-27/30) anti-ship(3M54)/anti-submarine(91R)/land-attack(3M14) missiles and P-800 "Oniks"(SS-N-26) anti-ship missiles, and MR-650 "Podberozovik"(Flat Screen) 3D air-search radar. Also this is my AU design of Yuktobanian Navy in Ace Combat Universe.

The name of ship "Верный" means loyal, faith. The name comes from Soviet destroyer Verny, former Japanese destroyer Hibiki as the prize of war, well-known in the Japanese Web-browser Card Game Kantai-Collection(艦隊これくしょん).

This is the Improved variant of Project 21956. The new integrated mast with 5P27 "Furke-4" 3D air-search radar and 5P20 "Poliment" AESA raders come from Project 22350 (Admiral Gorshkov class frigate). The upgraded UKSK newly integrated S-400F "Redut"(Including 48N6E2, 9M96D, 9M96 and 9M100 missiles).This variant can compare as American Arleigh Burke class Flight III destroyer.

The name of the ship "Решительный" means strong or frim, the name comes from Soviet destroyer Reshitelny(Project 7), which was sold to China as destroyer Changchun(长春), and well-known in the Chinese Android Card Game Warship Girls(战舰少女).
