I think information like that isn't out. But is very easy to download any version of paint to you'r computer. all you have to do is to use the force... the google force.

It is my understanding that MS Paint will still be included in Win10.

MS paint will be included in Win 10 along with the Drop box aps and a number of other handy programms and best of all Win 10 will be free.........................

Only for the first year, and only for those that have fully legal copies of Win7 and Win8.1 ( 8.1 being a free upgrade from 8 ).
