I would like to see your reference for the way too big launchers then. the missiles on the launcher rails are overscaled, that is true, but the launcher itself should be correct, I have drawn it about a year ago using official sizes or plans, as far as I know.
what kind of sonar is it? it looks like an SQS-23, of which I drew an good example (possibly from lineart of this hull) and that one is on the USN systems sheet.
IIRC the only thing on your talbot which was not allowed were your regular rails. canvas coverings over these rails are allowed but follow the size of the standard rail (6 pixels tall) most of the time.
we always love it here if people draw an ship not at the end of their service life but start at the beginning and do a few versions for the other modifications. it is not necessary, but it is fun to do, as you learn a lot about the ship while you do so and if you research one year, it is an relatively small step to research others.
the mack outlines look ok to me, but the shading makes them look off and the connection points of the funnels look a bit wrong.
