Fantastic, free, open beta for War Thunder. From the makers of Wings of Prey (a pro game). It's basically Wings of Prey in a multiplayer environment (though SP and COOP are possible) on steroids.

I'm really bad at it, mainly because I fly with a keyboard, but it's an awesome game and I highly recommend it.

It does look interesting, but I try to steer clear of games. If I get started, I'll never get anything else done.

I would like to do some squadron games with you.

I haven't had time to play for the last month or so. I gave up after the 1.27 patch when it became nothing but faggy Soviet planes with their X-Wing flight model chewing up everything I did.

1.29 patch has seemed to have solved those problems.

Although the Il-2 is still op, as it was IRL.

Yeah ... more than 7100 combat losses, op my ass.
