Target.

Edit: As others have said, figure out what you want to do, then do it. Drawing then figuring out what it is doesn't work.

Really big jungle gym.
Here's why it won't work:
~First of all, you have saved it as .jpg, which is a format that automaticlly blurrs everything because it hates you. Use .png, a nice format that will keep everything sharp and clear.
~Next, all of the doors, portholes, life rings, and the entire bridge is far too small to be in scale. An SB scale man in about 12 pixels tall, so between decks there should be about 15 or so pixels, right now it looks like you have about half that.
~Your systems are incompatible, your main guns are Russian from the Cold War era, you have Japanese MG's and a director from WWII, a redundant phalanx, which is fairly modern, a NATO ASW morter from the Cold War, and I don't want to know what that thing forward of the aft gun is.
~That funnel is WAY too short, and will obscure the director's feild of veiw.
~In short, it reaks of "Copy-Paste-Greebles"
How to fix it:
~Decide on a role for it. (Frigate (ASW), destroyer (ASuW/AAW), etc.)
~Decide on a time period. (WWII, postwar, Cold War, modern...)
~Decide on equipment. (If Cold War era, NATO or Russian. If WWII, Allies or Axis. Etc.)
~Look at the designs in the Archive similar to what you have deicded on, incorperate some of their design elements into your design.
~Now star drawing, keeping in mind the previous things.
~When you think you're ready to, post it here and we'll tell you what works, what doesn't, and how to fix it.

Looks like the front view of an EWR VJ 101 tiltjet.

yes Cacadia thats what it is. I also posted this on another forum and got some help there and I fixed some things like the funnel, front gun, and got rid of the plane and aft gun to make room for a small helo. As for the role I was thinking Frigate but it turned out too small so I didnt know what it could be. I still have to learn SB scale, so that area will eventually inprove. The equipment I can see is kinda messed up. I'll fix that next time I edit it too. I will edit the OP so It has the updated version in it.

EDIT: 2 more things, the guns origionally were 100mm France & Chinese. they are on the medium/small caliber parts sheet. and now it is a 76mm.

is the bow curved too much?

I would not recommend getting help on this from NS, they lack sanity when it comes to ship design.
As for the update, I think the bow curve is the least of your worries, as it still has quite a case of multiple personality disorder. :?
Again:
~What is the intended purpose? If it is a frigate, you need to shift more towards ASW.
~What is the time period? You still have WWII Japanese radar and AA guns, a Phalanx, which is redundant and from a completely different era, a NATO ASW morter, and now you have thrown in a postwar US gun and a Soveit chopper from the 70's.
~The bridge is still too small, and you still have not changed the doors and windows. SB windows are 4x4 pixels, and doors are found on the general equipment sheet on the main site. (Although much of the part sheets on the main site are out dated. Use those found in "Parts Sheet Discussion" on the forum.)
