This is as far as I gone so far. A top view is on the ways and as it takes a lot of time it will be slightly delayed

Great,
Lovely to see her in final wartime configuration (1945, with 20, 28mm US guns and others details)
;)

Finally completed.
The Carrier Bearn as in her post 1935 refit, which is also relevant untill 1942-1943 when she was refitted in (so aptly) New Orleans.

As Thiel said the shading under the boats was removed. Refresh the page if you cann't see the newest version.

Nice job, but I don't think the shading around the boats will pass muster.

The ship after the war did not have much of a career. By then the French had newer carrier Arromanches (ex-HMS Colossus) and Dixmude (ex-HMS Biter).
the Bearn languished at the Toulon naval base, used mainly as acomodation ship for submarines crews untill 1964 or 1965, and in 1967 sold for scrap.
BTW the reffit in New Orleans was in 1944 when she got an all American armament, radar and the front of the flight deck shortened, as she was not considered a combattant, but as an auxilry ship, being used as an aircraft transport and some-time as convoy escort.

I have the official side line drawing of the ship under my eyes

Your extreme aft flight deck were very slightly too "angled down"
