I have a question about outlines. do the count as part of the scale measurement, form example I have an elevated deck on super structure of a ship that has a color line one pixel tall which is boxed in by a black outline, so dose that make the deck a foot and a half thick? I will be very grateful to any one who can enlighten me on this and clear up some confusion.

Height of deck is around 16 to 18 pixels high, irespective of scale. If you go along this rough guideline, you'll do fine.

I ment like the over hangs(or what ever their called) that suport the bridge wings or the life boats.
