Pretty sure that Casemate thing you have going isn't going to work

SoDak 1919 had the 'double-decker' thing with casemates, too.
So did a lot of the old British AC's.

Well, at the very least you need a mast.
You could probably swap a bunch of those casements for secondary turrets instead, because even though the double deck thing has been done, it hasn't been done to that extent, and I believe that many that close together will interfere with each other, in terms of smoke and ammunition transfer.
What about moving your aft primary turrets aft a bit? You have very little superstructure space right now, and I think you could probably do with another stack (your current one is awfully tall).
Also, the stairs leading to the top of your bridge look a bit odd. What about having a landing halfway up?

What kind of mast?

EDIT: Is this better?

APDAF, interesting design. As for the casemates, they were usually up to 6, and in almost all the cases in a single row, rarely a second row of a couple more was used. I think this is what Rodondo wanted to say. Plus they added weight, and at the same time pierced the armor belt which neither was very good.. Also by the time ships had big caliber uniform turrets like yours, in the dreadnought era, casemates were wearing off. If I were you, i would have the above the water hull lowered to be 2 decks high, remove some casemates from the hull, and transfer them to the superstructure, and add a tripod mast infront of the funnel. Aldo try keeping the height of the decks the same, especially in the superstructure.

You would be better off junking the lower casemates and giving her a decent armour belt.Try the tripod masts on Vanguard or KGV ;)
