You shouldn't be. The area covered by the book is from WW1 to the end of cruiser construction in Britain. (last ships to be termed "cruiser", were the "through deck", the HMS Invincible class).

Yes there is overlap but it's not total - a book covering just treaty cruisers through the end would miss WWI.

Also, there is just recordskeeping confusion in having a single book with apparently two titles as opposed to one just being a subtitle.

Be happy it's the same language. Title translations can be... strange.
