18 people is only a current number of complete bodies found.
Sources in our emergency services say that at least 200 people are "missing" (read unidentified) cause mall was hit twice at prime-time.

Apparently Russia does not want Ukraine to recapture Snake Island, as seen when Ukrainian troops in Snake Island get attacked by Russian Aircraft dropping what Ukraine claims to be Phosphorus bombs on them.

Ukraine’s advisor claims that since the forces are concentrated on the eastern front, the south is vulnerable; said advisor further comments that Luhansk’s capture would be “Russia’s last victory”, and that Ukraine is preparing a counterattack on the south.
