look up where the phalanx sensors are, how it rotates and how it aims. then look at how your mountings work.
I highly doubt it is possible to make an stealth phalanx, making an system similar to phalanx in an stealth mounting might work....... but there are better options then that, such as switching to an all new system.

I agree with ace... on that, if USA is upgrading the Phalanx ever to today's standards they would most likely design a totally new system.
