The Agano was one of my first shipbucket drawings, drawn from a bad reference drawing and I believe it's not scaled correctly. So someone should redo it for sure.

Yes, as all the other IJN CLs drawn by WhyMe.

and Here is Haguro as sunk in 1945 (Thanks to Emperor_Andreas for the references)
[ img ]

She has no more torpedoes, the front where removed in 1945, the aft ones in 1944 (i have edited the 1944 drawing to reflect the change) both to get more space for transport supplies; turret 2 is missing its guns because battle damage suffered during the battle of samar where never repaired.

only 1937 Ashigara in Spithead setup to go.

Looks beautiful, but...no Ashigara in 1945? I have a colorized photo of Myoko in 1945 at Singapore if you'd care to attempt an odd camo scheme. :)

i have found no references for a 1945 Ashigara (and there is the possibility that once found that refs they shown no noticeable differences from the 1944 one), also i never tried with camo, and strangely i'm not very confident about it (tough, Myoko in 1945 has no stern, how i'm supposed to depict her? )

All these drawings are just terrific in their attention to details and attempt at accuracy. This leads me to want to ask two questions: Re: the 200 mm gun houses. Should they not, even in a plan elevation show the characteristic ventilation slits, superimposed on the turret roofs? Now, unfortunately, I cannot assist you, in case you don't know what I'm referring to, since, although having excellent reference material myself, I have currently no scanner! The second question concerns the dilapitated state of the Haguro as of 1945. Did she still carry any floatplanes? One would've thought that, with the attrition of the navy's airwings, any pilot competent enough would've been drafted into other services.
