I think your hull is a bit overloaded with those 3 forward turrets, and the 4 secondaries on the side seems a bit much. (The CIWS may make them superflous, but that's not my area of expertise) What is that large door on the side of the superstructure for? It makes no sense. I'm no expert in directors, but the one on the side (next to the funnel) may be redundant. And no on the jet landing aft.
