I don't know, what about Devon?

There is a great sense independence in Cornwall and of people being Cornish rather than English or British, with movements for devolution or independence, not found in most other counties. The train is based on that, connecting Cornwall to London and cities between, obviously going through Devon.

Not too shabby at all! One wonders what a Voyager or Meridian would look like in such a livery (or even the old BR Corporate B&G livery for that matter).

This reminds me that I've got a few Sieranian trains drawn that I should finish as well as some real Victorian Railways stuff.

I thought I'd share my attempt at drawing 60163 'Tornado', still a work in progress as I'm look for more detail from drawings and photos, and I haven't put any shading on yet.

Tornado was constructed by the A1 Steam Locomotive Trust between 1994 and 2008, making it the newest steam locomotive in the UK.

My drawing might not look much at the moment, but it's taken me hours to get it to this stage.

The Southern Pacific 4449 would be appreciated!

Sweet mother of God. I might have some close-ups available somewhere if I can find them. Granted this is a WIP I'd say that the red lining seems a bit too vivid and the tender lining corners IMHO should have a slightly more rounded angle. Thirdly the larger washout plugs could also do with being rounder.

Carry on!

Thanks for the comments about Tornado guys, I'm still working on it.

I've got a bit of a thing for Canada at the moment, so I've done a 'what if' Canadian Intercity 125 for a high speed line between Windsor and Quebec City via London, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal which has been proposed for construction. The train sets could've been exported from the UK or built under license in Canada. I've done one livery for Canadian National Railways and one for VIA Rail Canada showing a BR Class 43 HST power car and Mark 3 carriage for each:
