Ah, somehow I forgot to add the port side view even though I spent 30 minutes drawing it... shows how this will drive you mad...

edit: I also fixed some inconsistencies in the front view.


None of these - postwar directors had the Mk.25 radar fitted, but since it's post-1945, it's out of the scope of my work. Someone else will need to draw it.

I don't believe there was a Mk.28 radar - from all my research, the Mk.33 director normally did not mount a radar until mid-war, when they were fitted with Mk.4 radars. Find them on the Brooklyn class cruisers. I have also seen evidence that the Mk.25 radar was fitted to the Mk.33 director - this is available on the Belgrano drawing in the Argentina folder, but I am not sure on the accuracy. I have scale plans of USS Nashville that show the Mk.33 director so I imagine it will be reworked when I get to the Brooklyns.

Just to clarify, I've checked the HNSA pages, and there are 20 unique types of 5"/38 mount (2 open with shields, 5 twin, 6 open, and 7 closed) (Mk 21 Mods 0, 1 ,3, & 4; Mk 22 Mod 0; Mk 24 Mod 0; Mk 25 Mod 0-2; Mk 28 Mod 0; Mk 29 Mod 0; Mk 30 Mods 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 33, 61, 62, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69; Mk 38 Mod 0). We have maybe 4 of these drawn, so use caution!
