The Lithuanian lorry driver needed extra boost up one of the roads here in Norway. He had evidently just chain on one wheel on his truck.

It is discussed a lot here in Norway that they shall let Norwegian drivers drive trucks and not foreign drivers as they have a tendency to create dangerous situations all the time.

Launched as result of US military budget cuts, the world's nations were quick to react.
