Looking good.

I agree the Corvus is way over-sized, probably most of the chaff launchers on the RN sheet are slightly too big. It's not inaccurate in its layout but its too big, if there is anyway to retain the layout and a smaller size that still looks good then we should go for that. (I did attempt one but it was dire!)

I'm glad you've changed your mind. :)

Great stuff, mate. What's next for this class?

I have a feeling, the boot topping is very thick on these ships.... I'll post a picture in a bit.

EDIT; here's a good picture.

Thanks mate. ;) I will do Illustrious and Ark Royal as built then the late refits, should keep me out of trouble for a while.I'm still looking for a coloured scan of Ark on her builders trials to get the right colour hull.

a few comments. I hope you don't mind me nitpicking the smallish things, because over all this is of course great work, so I have no big things to comment on :P

- can't we see anything from the 'edges' of the cover behind the sea dart? it looks a bit flat now.
- I stand by my original comment on the sea dart missile being on the launcher
- I am not certain the overhang under the ski jump is represented correctly :P http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/c ... _(R05).jpg
- I cannot find the 'platform' under the sea dart illuminators on pictures, the dome beginning on deck level?
- the cover behind the sea dart is rounded, not cornered, or was it different as build? http://www.cloudobservers.co.uk/wp-cont ... 24x806.jpg
- the skeg line ends suddenly at the hull shading at the bottom and at the prop shaft
- the satcoms look a bit small to me, when I compare with pictures
- the crane looks a tad underdetailed
- there are some small platforms missing from the top view of the superstructure
- I think the anchor chain and maybe some of the bollards should be visible trough the mooring holes in the bow bulwark. these mooring holes are btw missing from the top view. I think the forwardmost mooring hole should be drawn a bit angled, because it follows the shape of the bow there.
- as build, I think, the funnels were painted slightly different.
- the lower bridge deck has an angle in it, which I cannot find on the drawing. I am also not entirely certain why it is hshaded that dark, an light shade with overhang shading would be better IMO, as right now it looks like it is angled the other way :P
- next to the stairs on the aft superstructure is a place where on later pictures I found UNREP gear. it seems likely it was there as build as well, but I am not certain from my quick google image check :P
