I prefer the Danish MP vehicles.

And yes, that car is in fact driven by an MP section.
Granted, here in Denmark they putter around in VW T4s and 5s

Actually they have little to no jurisdiction against civillians. They do have military vehicles such as the Land Rover. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Mili ... risdiction

Well.. I probably F'd up, the RMP who I actually think don't drive the vauxhalls have no jurisdiction against Civis.

BUT the MDP (Ministry of Defence Police) do have jurisdiction over all citizens Military or otherwise as far as I am aware.

Nice work, my only concern is about military police. MP is part of army, you should use a army camo. Hmmm ... more like, this:

A lot of it isn't just standardization and production (remember they built a lot of boatloads of Bel Airs) but safety and efficiency requirements.

Sure, the cars look neater but if you're in an accident at 45 MPH/80 KPH I know which kind of car I'd rather be in.

Yes it is a shame that the RMP, RAFP, RNP & MODP in the UK are primarily stuck with civi patrol cars, but they don't really need large military vehicles for domestic use. I've seen quite a few RMP cars whilst working in London recently over the Olympics, I assume to police the large military presence in London for security, but I have to admit that it does look a bit wrong when you see the redcaps drive around in a little Vauxhall Corsa.

Not currently available, but if BMW made a small van vehicle based on the 5 series touring:
