Good afternoon, gentlemen.
Me too! Eager to see DP`s Lightnings in the operational color schemes.
Kreutzer Air Coach was an attempt to made a rather little 4 o 5 seat airplane with the security of 3 engines. The engine choosed was the little Kinner 5 cylinder radial engine.
The Detroiter, Stinson`s first commercial success, was a conventional but very reliable 4-5 seat airliner.
WACO`s S series (S for Standard cabin) were biplanes with the rugged and conventional construction of Waco`s airplanes, but the interior was much more plain than in the C series.
Howard DGA-15 were successful monoplenes, were rugged, reliable, well done, easy to fly easy to mantain and durable aircraft, in fact DGA means "damm good airplane". In particular, the model was well liked by the USN during WWII as utility and training (blind and instrumental flights) aircraft.
Great Lakes BG-1 was a dive bomber with a short life in USN bomber squadrons, a contemporary of the Vought SBU Corsair and motorized with the same P&W Twin Wasp Junior radial engine, was soon replaced by the Curtiss Helldiver I.
Cheers.
