Becouse: APDAF, the drawing has a lot of potential, but your habit to ignore any advice comming your way frankly ruins any chances of you achieving a complete and solid design, unless you get into some heavy-duty researching. Our advice is the shortcut, so I strongly suggest you follow them.

First, look at the mast.

...which has the same masts... Then explain why countries like Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, etc. have more IB's than BB's, even during the early 1900's. A battleship (or other types of warships) is not intended to be used as an icebreaker, that's why IB's remain a separate class of vessels. If you wanted and Icebreaking warship, you would mount guns on a big icebreaker. If you know it's a rather outdated attack, why would you incorperate it? Ramming was considered a last ditch effort, even on vessels specifically designed for it (infact, the HMS Polyphemos had a bow mounted torpedo known as the "Suicide torpedo"). All the crazy ideas of ramming ships into each other had pretty much died out by 1910. If you think about it, a battleship is ill suited for a ramming attack anyways, it's big, slow, difficult to manuver, and expensive.

Raxar, Sweden did have a pair of coastal battleships, HMSs Gustaf V and Drottning Victoria designed with icebreaker bows. Their third sister, the class-leader Sverige did not feature that, however. Also, Finland had their pair of coastal armored vessels so outfitted, and I believe Golly has drawn that class. APDAFs bow is not very conducive to function as an icebreaker bow though.

Replace the main guns to a more updated version.
Added more casemates.
Reworked the stern.
And other updates.

i just noticed you had the winch/capstan on the bow forward of the anchors, i suggest you to put it aft because like that it will not work. the older single trunked funnel looked good to me, so you can either stick with it or with the new ones, your choice obviously.
