In the photo the entire torpedo tube section looks like its part of the damaged section which would need to be replated.

Hello again!

Having seen Colombamike's photo, I'm with you, Tempest. The hull around the torpedo port is all bent, it would have to be completely replated to get it watertight again. Picture is edited.
