The beuty of the WWII era ships lives in their camoflage patterns. It can turn ugly and everyday looking ships into reall stunning lookers, and when applied to ships with allready great figure (such as most USN cruisers) it just pure eye-candy.

Very beautiful camo for a beautiful ship!!
Only i don't think they painted parts like the ships bell and spotlights in camo paint :)

Maybe not, but having them as bright spots on the dull finish looks wrong.
