Theres no news at this time about re-installing harpoon or new Radar to replace SPS-40 which was removed from her before its hand over.
Both of the navies that the two ships have been transferred to are in very poor states (both figuratively and literally) and given the likely type of missions these ships would be employed on it's honestly doubtful. Hell I'm surprised the Filipinos got Sokos.
Philippines Dept of Energy paid for her on the navys behalf so that might help free up the Navys budget in getting her upgraded sometime in the future esspecially in ASuW & ASW area. As for the Sokos their air force is purchasing 8 of them in the Armed Combat Utility role (again with help from Dept of Energy funds) to work alongside both the AUH-76 Spirit and MG520 Defenders. Part of the agreement of them funding both projects on the Armed Forces Philippines Behalf is they are required to be used primarily for protection and security of off-shore oil/Gas platforms and areas under exploration in the Philippine controlled area of the Spratlys region and other parts within the Philippine Archipelago region so there's a catch to the deal.
