The stern crane looks outright anachronistic compared to the rest of the ships. This is not a critique of you, but of the actual ship.
The lack of depth charges or torpedoes surprises me.

Excellent Novicesan

During the war the IJN found out (the hard way) that small and cheap escorts are essential, and this resulted in the Tachibana class (see here
one of which was raised after the war and used as trials ship.
The idea of a small escorts was revived in 1955 with the 'B' type the Akebono



This ship had steam turbines while others had diesels, and that is why the Akebono has two funnels.
The ship is armed with 2 3"/50 in single mountings, 2 40mm guns in a twin mounting and one Mk.11 Hedgehog and depth charges, all armament and electronics are of American origin.

Great drawing. A little think I've to say tough on the 000Liskamaa sheet you'll find better 40mm guns!

An attractive little escort and well drawn as usual. This is a most interesting series of drawings.

In honor for all 50 Japanese technitians at Fukushima, the small escorts Isuzu and Mogami, both are sister-ships, but Mogami had VDS and later had the Mk.108 Weapon Alpha replaced by a Bofors ASW rocket launcher and Mk.32 torpedo-tubes added (Mk.68 in Japanese service)
