Uh, you know it doesn't say. There is every implication that it is infact the Mk 105s you have here.

I suspect it might be the unpowered single Army mount, but it could be the L70.
The A. D. Baker drawing shows it to be a twin (I have the drawing infront of me). I think that in the resize of the source several close lines greyed out and make it hard to visualize.

That said, I think they 40mm Bofors does match up well:

Almost there. The SPS-10 is a bit of a guess but it matches the drawing fairly well.

Per St. Norman, "Deliveries began in October 1953, and it was considered so effective in ASW operations that SPS-10 was to equip 25 per cent of all ASW vessels by the end of 1956."

She commissioned before SPS-10 was available, and certainly would have been very low-priority for the upgrade. Given that she went out of commission in 1969 (and spent 1960-1965 in reserve), I would be somewhat surprised if she ever received SPS-10. Much more likely to me would be SG-6, SPS-4 or SPS-5.

The rockects atop the drawing are bit pretentious and not fitting to the purpose. Otherwise great drawing :)

I think five is maybe a bit much, but I'd keep one of them IMHO.
