Those other guns are still surface only, so you still lack AA, so I'd suggest going for the 4.7" MkVIII High Angle (HA) guns instead. And mount them on the main deck, will you?
The funnels indicate machinery spaces far from each other.
The casemates are still absolutely useless and out of the time period.
I'm going to let go of the boat issues because they seem to appear in every other one of drawings without change.
But, now that you've gotten rid of the center turrets, you can shrink the ship down. a bunch. You don't need all of that space between the funnels and that would also mean that you could put the machinery spaces together, make two or three larger funnels, and put the aircraft and catapult on the stern to make it fit the time period a little bit more. There is enough room back there, and it would also solve your problem of having a ship that is too long.

Wow... aircraft don't advance because people fear the emperor? Do you remember how big the US is? That could equal British empire production in terms of ship tonnage in WW1, and far exceed it in WW2. The USA is not going to be scared of your Germano-british empire (and I say this as a loyal brit).
Can you try to come up with good reasons for things happening, rather than "Troll-de-rol" as you seem to be thinking right now.
Now I think I've heard the most infantile explanation ever. "Boone defies the God-Emperor"; well, APDAF, you managed in one sentence not only to scuttle your hideous battle ship monstrosity, but also render your AU a complete nonsense! (I know I should probably not post this, but someone ought to tell this guy the truth!)
