Very nice work and a very nice surprise! A worthy tribute to the ship herself. Incidentally, her wreck was found in 2006, I believe. Only Californian's wreck remains unlocated. Any plans to draw her?

Which Californian will that be?
There is the infamous Californian of 1907, who had failed to answer the distress rockets from RMS Titanic, and there is the Hawaiian American Californian, who was renamed Empire Seal, and sunk in 1942 by a German submarine torpedo.
The American Hawaiian ship (incidentally a motor ship) is planned by me.
The s.s Californian of 1907 I just might do if I'll have enough sources.

Yes, I wholeheartedly concur with all those who have praised the R.M.S Carpathia! She, indeed, looks terrific! I like, especially, the attention given to the fact that she was wearing the Blue Ensign instead of the Red Duster!

Thank you Ari for that praise.
The Blue Ensign was used by ships with Royal Navy Reserves officers on board (the regulation didn't specify how many officers) and or a ship commanded by an RNR officer. RMS Carpathia was commanded by an RNR officer (if I'm not mistaken, most if not all, RMS ships were commanded by an RNR officer)

Because of some comments regarding the size of lettering in her name, I've modified the ship with smaller fonts of her name.

Glorious drawing of a heroic ship Novice. I prefer the larger font size though my old eyes can't read the smaller one. :geek:

No, the correct SS Californian was built in 1901: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SS_Californian, because that ship was a freighter.
