Did ALVAMA have a plan of the real project? No, he made it up all by himself, inspired by a magazine cover.
Technically it's an "artist's impression", i.e. an "own design".

There is no rule that dicatates what exactly is nevew-where. Only very few actual never-where project has gone that far to have actual building plans eg. drawings. From many design there is nothing else than a mentioning in some source and perhaps some artistic impression of the design. We haven't made the difference between these options, in here if the design is "real never-where" (meaning that its based on some actual studies or development) it shall be posted here. In the end all images from neverwheres are artists impressions.
