The problem is that
you have to identify the dates of these photos. and you must decide which date to draw.
in my opinion, draws at least 2 versions:
-
as completed/early 1930s career (with 3x40mm, 2 twin 13,2mm, no depth charges & add 40 naval mines)
-
a 1942-1942 in british hand (with british camo, aft TT removed and replaced by a 3inAA gun, Y-barrel removed and additional depths charges added)
if Psara & Ydra were sunk on April 13 and 22, 1941.
the other two went through the war, alongside the British Mediterranean fleet.
The remaining pair (Condouriotis and Spetsai) served with the RN for the rest of the war.
Condouriotis receved the british pennant number H07
Subsequently, she underwent repairs and modernization in Bombay from June 1941 to April 1942. She returned to escort duties in the Mediterranean Sea, with the British pennant number H07, until November 15, 1943, when she was placed in active reserve. She was decommissioned in 1946.
Spetsai receved the british pennant number H38
After undergoing repairs and modernization in Calcutta, she returned to escort duties in the Mediterranean Sea, with the British pennant number H 38. She returned to Greece after liberation in October 1944 and was decommissioned in 1946.
H07 & H38 were modified (in 1941-1942) for escort work having their after TT mounting replaced by a 3in AA gun and "Y" gun removed to provide space for a heavy DC armament including 8 throwers
