Certainly looks better IMHO. Only thing is the propellers which in my eyes are a little too big (and I can be mistaken here of course, having drawn some liners doesn't make one an expert :) )

Nice work, however that propeller is a bad representation of a much newer one

I kinda like how she looks as sleek as a warship. I do get the feeling, however, that she actually lacks some hull depth given her size.
On the aesthetical point of view I would open up the promenade deck towards the stern like it is at midship and leave the windows only on the forward third.
Finally, one last observation: Is the "Height: 27 ft 11 in (8.51 m) " figure intended to be the height of the boat deck above the waterline or the draft of the hull below the waterline? Because in the first case, on the drawing itself, it is 6 pixels higher, in the second case it is 10 pixels too shallow. (increasing the latter would mostly solve the "too thin" feeling about her)

Take it as a constructive criticism to improve your ship. :) for example the liner you have in the previous page looks really good.

thanks, from the keel to The Boat Deck is 60 ft using pixel measured, i made the A Deck Promenade longer and made her hull deeper.

I would take BB1987 advice on the promenade deck, and open it and leave only the forward part enclosed. On the other hand, if you like you can make all of the promenade deck closed, but it wouldn't be fitting with the era (early 1900's).
I would also make this ship a 4 propellers ship. It is more likely that a four funneled ship will have four propellers than two.

To be completely fair we could get away with two propellers on a four-stacker -like the Kaiser Wilhelm- but they need to be a lot bigger (roughly 1.5 or 2 times than the ones currently there).

Nice liner, however I think that she needs more draught. For props follow BB1987, he knows more than me.
