yes. but waiting to get our host to provide suitable e-mail that actually offers considerable improvement of the current one is not 30 sec fix. It's... well how long it is since the purge, and they've not yet offered solutions to the security proplems of the existing e-mail accounts, so burden them with even more requests that are not pressing is simply not worth of the wait. Once the current e-mail set beguns to work as intended, then the fix indeed is 30 sec. maxium.

There are an setting in there that automatically delete old stuff if folder is full. But it only delete when it receive something.

you find it under: User control panel or under your private messages - (on the left side) "Rules, folders & settings" - "if folder is full" "Delete oldest messages"
