My thanks to maomatic for some very useful information and advice.

I have redone the hull in S-boot colours for the time period, and hopefully we now have the correct weapons aboard.

Much progress! I would point out that oftentimes, the bow 20mm position was removed and plated over, as it wasn't seen to be of that much practical use, and the weight saved could be put to use elsewhere. Of course, there were all sorts of field coversions, my favorite one being the addition of a 20mm Flakvierling replacing the twin mount.
