Nice to see Bombhead a couple of point the Ark didn't get is starboard side Pom Poms until some time well after it was commisioned I believe some time in to 1940 need to confrim this

Oooh, I'm getting all excited!

I think Friedman's Britsh Carrier Avation has some good close-ups.
Novice is right about the guns, also not sure if Ark ever had shields on her Pom-Poms but a quick check at photos of her in 1941 will confirn that too.

I really like this one. Ark Royal pointed the way
towards the Illustrious class. One point though.
When you make the other changes, have all your
aircraft in silver. I don't think that the Fleet Air Arm
went camo until 1939.

Thats ones in the plans section at the moment Signal.I will do an as built and a 1940 version cos I really wanted to use the Skua. ;)
