That was draw by Atalaya, or Spanish friend, and yet Timothy on the old board. Dicc93 drew here in orgin style of the USN and some other versions of the other South American countries

If the Spanish version was by Atalya he may wish to complete it: he could do that fairly easily; and it could also serve as other navies versions with minimal changes.

So, is anyone going to draw the Newport? If not then I'd like to volunteer for it.
