I can't knowledgeably comment on your design, but the quality of work is high! Welcome!

Missiles reload from below, so it is considerable. This arrangement would be a nearly-impossible nightmare with Phalanx, never mind Kashtan/Kortik.

yeah sorry for that Rhade,i'm too excited

i dont understand what you mean about kashtan penetration deck ?
and that's not a kashtan but palma,i discribe it as a rectracable open\closed close defense system,so the stealthy can be maintained, when palma used, the door opened downward and became the footing for palma, thats why on pict i drawing the right side opened the palma and the left side discribe closed palma

Most weapon systems are like Icebergs, you see only a part of it and in most cases that smaller part. Deck penetration means how deep in to ship that weapon system go, deck, two ?

Ah you right, I was too tired and my eyes start to play tricks. ;) That's indeed Kashtan/Palma ( Palma/Kashtan?)

But it's still just to heavy to be use in that way, Kashtan weight was something almost 16 tons ? Palma version is probably lighter, 13-14 tons ? And the deck penetration of this CIWS is big. Maybe try to use some AK-630M-2 with low RCS turret, 4 of them would give you a better def options then 2 Kashtan/Palmas.

Yep, thats deck penetration.

Nah, Palma is way to big and heavy. Also missiles are reload from below, I would say that two deck penetration in that case. But I'm no expert. ;)

Interesting design, just don't care for the name as I consider Putin a dictator and homophobe.

You had better watch out before he appears outside your house with a VSS and "cuts your thread" so to speak.
