Thank You Madmike, but unfortunately Your links lead to drawings of Pauk class, not Bogomol.
When I wrote about "cheaper alternative" it didn't mean "downgraded version", but "completely different, less capable ship, to do similar job for less money".
But once again: great thanks for willingness to help. :)

Thank You Gollevainen, these drawings are very helpful! :)
(though when compared with photographs, they have certain drawbacks too).

Its from the Aplakov's exelent series of books about soviet/russian ships, the linedrawings are universally that quality, often spot on, but sometimes I've also found some odd ways of renditioning some of the details.

@Gollevainen
Yeah, that's quite common problem. It might be "planned" configuration or something like that. Still, a very useful source (sadly, I have access just to fragments of it).

One page and seventeen months before, Gollevainen suggested I do ASW hydrofoils, so finally here they are. :)

Small anti-submarine ship Pr.1141 Sokol (NATO: Babochka), named "Aleksandr Kunanovich" was essentialy an operational trials unit used to gather experience with operating that kind of vessels. It was laid down in 1974, launched in 1975 and commissioned in 1977 to the Black Sea Fleet. In 1990 the torpedo tubes were replaced by RPK-9 Medvedka complex, and ship was eventually decommissioned in 1994.

Pr.11451 Sokol 2 (NATO: Mukha) were follow on's to Pr.1141. At least 4 units were planned, but only two were eventually built between 1982 and 1990. One of these served until 2001 and another until 2014, both in Black Sea Fleet.

EDIT: Btw. in some sources they aren't described as MPK's (Maly Protivolodochny Korabl - Small ASW Ship), but as KPK's (Krylyaty Protivolodochny Korabl - Winged ASW Ship).
