As much as i remember:
The borodino are not french built, not even built to french plans, but inspired by french built tsarevitch(witch is yet on garlic worklist).

Cesarevic will follow on short notice, and if no one claims them first, maybe the Borodinos too (unlicensed copies of a french design don't really qualify for this thread, but I might just open a new one). But not anytime soon.

The first ship of the Matsushima-class to enter service was the Itsukushima; like the class-namesake, she was built by FCM in La Seyne. She was later rebuilt to look like the Hashidate.
