The Americans called it a Kittyhawk, the Russians the Warhawk.
USAAC call all P-40 as Warhawk, Brits and Soviets used the name Tomahawk and Kittyhawk for P-40B,C,D and later models. Soviets in most cases don't use "names" just numbers as for them 'Hawks are just P-40.
If you want to shine, do your homework.
Different insignia, different combat use. Maybe even changed a little for the winter conditions, I'm not sure.

The British captured He-111 was just....captured and tested. The Warhawk is a different situation.
The same situation, British own He-111... we don't care if they capture it, steal it, buy it or magicaly create it. End of discussion.
