the best bet might be the australian fits, the launcher should have been the same. on the perth class destroyer she seems to be very visible on lineart.

did a quick try with the Ikara launcher which should now be the same size as the one on the perth (2,9-3m without the antenna, in horizontal stance)

I would say, try it out, and who will finish it? and horizontal or diagonal trained?

I'm at work but perhaps later, I van Play a bit With it. Since I have tendency to spot something.

I'm tempted to go for the raised version as it seems, in RN service at least, to nearly always be shown as elevated.

One slight nitpick on the MK VI, on the port-view there should be no director mount, as its on the starboard side. Probably just an easy mistake when you flipped it!

yeah, elevated is it's launching position and when loading it seems to be a tad bowed down. I highly doubt it is ever in horizontal position when stowed...... this pic, where I scaled from, is the only one where it was visible like that.

well, it is release candidate 1, I would like comments of course, before I finish it with belowdecks and all.

I am now working on the missile in correct size as well, mostly for use in the belowdeck parts. time is kind of scarce ATM though, so that might be some time. references for the assembly space and loader and magazine of the british versions are very welcome though, as is the size of that CVA escort frigate heuhen posted above (that would let at least give me the size of one of the british variants) as right now I have only refs for the fit on the river class, and some assumptions on how it was fitted on the perth.

Looks good to me. Probably the right blend of detail given the size. I only wonder if the prong-thingy on the top might be better as just a 1-pixel black line for simplicity, certainly 3-pixel would be too thick.

I might be able to get hold of an Australian magazine layout, my uni library has a leaflet on the Australian Type 12 refit.
I can't open the frigate image so I'm afraid I can't help. Friedman's Destroyers and Frigates might be able to help with lengths but the plans often aren't that clear on magazine spaces.
