Does the Fair Use Agreement apply to all drawings (IE Gunbucket, FD-Scale Vehicles, Planebucket), or is it just limited to the ships?

Thank you gents, I am interested in using particularly gunbucket drawings for an NCIS sim I am on (I need to fill out the CRT armory...) and want to make sure if I use the images, I use them in accordance with the rules.
