I was planning to draw it bit later, but after Radome has made Martin Baltimore (and some Folks here started to be bit impatient about it's older brother) I had to change my plans a bit. ;)

Martin 167W / XA-22 (prototype)

Martin 167F (early series made for France)

Martin 167B Maryland (later series made for Great Britain)

My intention to draw Martin 167 was related to the Polish Wings thread, as these planes were (briefly) used by Polish Air Force in France in 1940. But that's a bit of a long-term work plan. ;)
As for the short(er)-term plans (for FD scale), I'm going to draw more variants/liveries of the Soviet airliners that were already included in Polish Wings and East German Airlines threads (Il-12, Il-14, Il-18, Il-62, Tu-124, Tu-134, plus maybe Czechoslovak L-410 Turbolet), followed by two special requests (Il-86 requested by BB1987 and Vickers VC.10 requested by Bombhead) and later by some more Soviet airliners (ll-96, Tu-104, Tu-114 and redraw of Tu-144).

8-)

It's a kind of magic. :D

I love this plane, it's just too good to be real.

Eswube, thanks a lot for all your drawings and especially the Martin 167.
A great uncle of mine flew aboard a 167F Maryland on 24th september 1940 during a bombing raid over Gibraltar.
