Let me make this official. Colosseum already said it, but your behavior here is unacceptable. You're not an artist. Critisism is fine, but calling artists names and spamming us with emoticons (I think this came up before) is not acceptable from someone who hasn't made a single piece of artwork worthy of being posted on this site.
Heck, it isn't acceptable behavior from people who ARE worthwhile contributors to this site.

We will be discussing your behavior in the moderator forum, again.

They are not falling on deaf ears, but I don`t sit 24/7 working on the drawings. I have school work to do, that besides classes themselves, I also have jobs in the weekends and I have to exercise to get into shape. I have half a year left until military service, which takes 17 months, where I will go where the navy tells me to go. So I have a deadline to get all 50-60+ drawings ready, after that, I may never get the chance. Rest assured, I will put more into them, when I have the time.

we all understand you don't sit to drawings 24/7. but, we like it more if you have 3 perfect drawings then 30 ones inperfect. that is basically the key of what all of us are saying here.

Yes... I have a full time job and hardly any time as it is. I don't focus on volume of drawings but rather individual quality. Hence the six week (and continuing) redraw of Alaska. It's not a race. This site will be here when you return from the Navy. ;)

Regarding the image of USS Texas in 1918, I've seen a painting of her in 1918 entering Scapa Flow with the enclosed bridge. Can anybody pin down the date (to the month, preferably) she recieved that modification, because I know it was well before 1923, which is where it's first depicted on the New York-class here on the 'Bucket...

Before anyone asks about where I saw the painting, it was the back cover of the Floating Drydock publication about the USS Texas.

Maybe... I'll edit this post within the next day or two after I get a chance to look at the book again. (I don't have it with me...)

EDIT: Nope, that's not it. The painting is titled "Reporting for Duty" and depicts the ship entering Scapa Flow in February 1918, and clearly shows the enclosed bridge.

Yes, you could use two lighter shades to reflect the light from above, without the darker delineating starkes. ( unless, of course, they featured in the real design!) also, there should be some indication of the slope of the turret "hubs" as well.
