I ask do any one is working on or have the USS Forrestal (CV-59) on there to do list?

If yes then forget I asked.

If no then I like to begin work on it.
I plan to make a side and top view of it.

I know that It will be a challenge, and that is why I chose it.
My first real shipbucket project was a Barque sail training ship

aside from the fact that the sail look like they are made of paper I am quite proud of it.

thanks I will need it...

Also has anyone got any pictures of the Forrestal coaxial flight deck? I heard it was design at first with out the angled deck and only given one after it was given a go ahead, for constructon.

The USS Forrestal was designed with an angled deck from the start.
I think one of the cancelled United States class carriers might have been named Forrestal though.

Thank You for the pics acelanceloet.

I was on a work trip, I will start work on this interesting and revolutionary design.

Forrestal is almost equal in its importance to naval architecture, to HMS Warrior or the HMS Dreadnought.
