Thank you all! Main credit goes, naturally, to my good friend, Garlicdesign, whose effort in drawing these wonderful ships in the first place gave me an opportunity to give a feedback on them. I have also now commented on the completion of this class on my worklist.
@Colombiamike: no, there's no hope for that, since only the Colbert ever was so refitted, and she is depicted. Both Foch and Dupleix are shown as they appeared on Nov. 27, 1942, at Toulon.
@Colosseum: no, the Suffren was interned with the Duquesne and Tourville and several destroyers at Alexandria, under the command of Contre-Amiral René Godfroy of "Force X". These ships rejoined the Allied Cause in Jan. 1943, acknowledging the Free French and authority of Gen. Charles de Gaulle. Unfortunately, adm. Godfroy was relieved of his command shortly afterwards and never employed again in his old capacity.

With the gracious consent of Garlicdesign, I am publishing the revised editions of all the French Treaty cruisers except the Algerie. All of them have been thoroughly scrutinized and edited; a few more versions have been added. Thus both the Duquesne and Tourville as well as Suffren are presented with port and starboard elevations in their 1939 guise.

I believe it's fairly straight forward as to what has been edited, so I won't waste more of your time explaining. However, if there are any questions, feel free to ask!

I give you in a chronological order, as the ships were commissioned, the French "heavies" from 1929-42:
