It's very very nice, but I'm somewhat worried by the huge crane so far up the superstructure and the raised catapult.
Why not set the catapult into the deck, and the cranes just in front of the aft stack?
That arrangement has been problematic from the beginning. I was trying to avoid a New Orleans Class copycat when I made that arrangement. And I was trying to ensure I only mounted two cranes to handle aircraft and boats instead of four.
But I recognize that handling the planes is really awkward. Pull it out of the hangar, turn it around, lift it onto the catapult. O2U-1's wings don't fold, but when the Curtiss Seagulls come into service that won't be a problem anymore - I'll be able to back them out of the hangar.
My next cruisers will have much better handling facilities.
